Position: Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia – Sous Chef OEM
About: Works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens. This management-level position entails working as much as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Overtime applies for OEM associates. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Windows Operating Systems, have strong leadership skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
