About: La Lucha offers a high energy, funky alternative to Superica next door with a unique and indulgent menu, influenced by chef Ford Fry’s childhood memories. La Lucha is seeking a high energy Sous Chef to join their dynamic team.
Requirements: 3 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, with at least one year in a Lead Cook or Sous Chef position. Strong understanding of various cooking methods and preparation techniques. Ability to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. Natural leader with the drive to maintain a cohesive team and work calmly under pressure.
