Position: Sous Chef
About: KYU Restaurants’ specialty includes innovative Asian-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails. While its original store is in Miami, it also has locations in New York, Las Vegas and Mexico City.
Requirements: Previous experience in fine dining; minimum of three years of experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous and/or Kitchen Manager; proficient in MS Office and restaurant software programs; able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
