Position: Kitchen Team Leader
About: Great American Steakhouse is currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Kitchen Team Leader at their restaurant. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, assisting the Kitchen Manager, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record in kitchen management; strong culinary skills and leadership abilities; experience in menu development and inventory management; ability to maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards; proficient in staff supervision and training; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
