About: Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Yavapai Hotel in Grand Canyon, Arizona. The ideal Kitchen Supervisor is an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to guests.
Requirements: No college degree required; At least two years’ experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience; Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment; Attentive and detail oriented; Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
