Position: Kitchen Supervisor Full
About: Marcus Theatres is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the training and supervision of kitchen associates, support food production and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the General Manager.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; 2-3 years as a lead cook experience; above-average knowledge of safety and sanitation standards; experience with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders; basic mathematical skills for recipes and measurements; strong interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to learn new skills and work long hours; ability to work calmly under pressure.
