Position: Kitchen Supervisor

About: We are excited to be growing our kitchen leadership team and are looking for someone with a passion for leading a team in preparing quality, from scratch, products in a production focused environment. If this is you, we want to hear from you! The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and successfully, preparing quality products and providing excellent service to customers. The Kitchen Supervisor actively works with and supports the team in meeting production, sales, food quality, food variety, and financial goals. Starting Pay: $39,000/yr. Schedule: Wed-Sun 6:00am to 2:30pm

Requirements: High school degree or GED required; Must have two years working in a kitchen environment as entrée cook, kitchen shift lead, or similar position; Must have skills overseeing production in a high-volume kitchen, producing a variety of foods from scratch; Must have supervisory/management experience managing a kitchen team; Must be computer literate with skills in Word, Excel, Google, databases, email, etc.; Excellent, safe knife skills; Valid Oregon Food Handler card; Strong work ethic and consistently positive attitude; Excellent training skills; Can manage multiple tasks at one time, excellent organization skills, and time management; Can maintain a calm demeanor regardless of the circumstances; Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration; Excellent customer service skills and truly enjoys serving the public; Strong attention to detail and strong math skills; Flexible and adaptable to change; Can successfully work in a team environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; High level of professionalism and integrity; Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds (frequently), and up to 50 pounds (occasionally)
