About: Tin Shop LLC is seeking experienced and qualified Assistant Kitchen Managers for both AM and PM shifts in their bakery and bar establishments. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in food preparation, staff training, ensuring food safety and quality, and managing inventory and orders, maintaining a dynamic and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years of culinary experience preferred; professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to give clear and concise directions; adept at managing change effectively and maintaining professionalism in difficult situations; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
