Position: KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
About: The State of New Hampshire Department of Corrections, located at the NH State Prison for Men in Concord, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee operations at a large correctional kitchen and provide training in food service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary art, hotel restaurant management, or related field; Two years of experience in large quantity cooking as a head chef, kitchen, or dining room manager; No license/certifications required
