Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Produces food products that conform to hotel and ZMC Hotels standards and meet or exceed guest expectations. Practices safe and sanitary work habits. The company is part of the ZMC Hotels group.
Requirements: Highly organized; Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds; Strong Guest Service Skills; Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented; Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers
