Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Hotel Forty-Five is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen as directed by the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to maintaining a high level of service while fostering a positive work environment within the hotel’s culinary team.
Requirements: 4-year degree in an accredited culinary college; minimum of 5 years’ experience in a restaurant, with prior staff supervision preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
