Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or stewarding; at least 1 year of supervisory experience; knowledge of food and beverage service operations; certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid; familiarity with hospitality policies and terminology; ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as per state requirements
