Position: Kitchen Steward Supervisor
About: Oversee the daily operation of the stewarding department and operational responsibilities including ware washing, organization, supervision of cleaning projects, and maintaining cleanliness. Train and support the Kitchen Steward team members. Assist with food production tasks.
Requirements: High School or equivalent preferred; At least five (5) years experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, or similar role; Food Handlers certification required; Knowledge of Food and Beverage Service Operations preferred; Ability to operate stewarding equipment safely; Effective communication in English; Understanding of cleaning techniques and chemicals; Proactive problem-solving skills; Team management abilities; Decision-making skills; Reliable and punctual
