Position: Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher
About: We are a first-class hotel and convention complex with over 100,000 sf of meeting space and 374 hotel rooms, offering an awesome work environment, essential tools for success, and a great team to work with. The position involves handling dish cleaning and stocking for all culinary functions in either our banquet department or restaurant. High volume cleaning is required, with duties including dish requisitioning, setup, cleaning, and restocking. Skid-proof safety shoes and uniforms are necessary. This is a part-time position initially, suitable for students, individuals with other jobs, or those seeking fewer hours. Hours vary based on occupancy and events, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week or more during busy seasons/events. Availability for the first full week in April for a golf tournament is required.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work in a warm and wet environment, lift, push, and tote large carts of dishes; experience in dish cleaning and stocking preferred; team player with the ability to use dish machines as trained
