Position: Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher (Midtown)
About: As an important member of our Stewarding/Culinary team, you consistently provide outstanding service to your PDC teammates. Friendly and welcoming, you ensure that the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy at all times to prevent any health or safety hazards. Having a keen eye for detail, you thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, and other small wares according to equipment operating requirements and the club’s standard operating procedures. Requirements: 16 years or older; Some High School attendance; High School Diploma or GED preferred; Previous similar work experience preferred; Food Safety Certification preferred; Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs; Experience in a hospitality environment and some similar experience are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration; Must be organized, able to effectively prioritize tasks, establish rapport with co-workers, patient, even-tempered, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player
