Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with occasional long hours required; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, stand during entire shift, and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively; must attend required meetings and trainings, comply with hotel standards, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; display initiative in anticipating guest needs and handling operational challenges.
