Position: Kitchen Production Lead – Kiewit Middle – 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
About: This position is for a Middle School Production Lead at an individual school, assisting with coordinating and managing the food service program. The role involves supervising daily food preparation, providing leadership to staff, and ensuring quality service to students and faculty.
Requirements: Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent; Certification or Licensure: State certificate in school food service management recommended; ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of employment; Experience Desired: Prior food handling service required; Omaha/Douglas County Food Handling Sanitation courses recommended; Special food service training recommended
