Position: Kitchen Production Associate
About: T&T Supermarkets is a well-known Asian grocery store with over 30 years of experience, now expanding into the United States with its first flagship store in Bellevue, Washington. The company is set to open a 76,000 sq.ft. store in the Marketplace at Factoria, which will be the largest Asian specialty supermarket in Washington state. T&T Supermarkets is also planning to establish a regional office in the greater Los Angeles area to expand its vendor base with American food suppliers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen production or cooking products such as BBQ, Sushi, or other Cooked Foods; knowledge of workplace health and safety, food safety, tools, and equipment relevant to the job; ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous; strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning, and evening hours
