Position: Kitchen Prep
About: A Prep Cook is responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. They organize and label food items in storage closets, chop ingredients, and sanitize their workstation during and after service. Prep Cooks perform various food preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure kitchen efficiency in creating and delivering dishes for patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and organizational skills
