Position: Kitchen Manager Weston
About: Flanigan’s, a well-established restaurant chain, is seeking Kitchen Managers to lead the BOH team through various kitchen operations such as ordering, prep, service, cleaning, and closing. This role may require working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; Must have flexibility for scheduling as Flanigan’s is open 365 days per year; Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; Able to work a 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours with 2 days off falling between Monday-Thurs; Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; Must understand, comply, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell; Must have the coordination necessary to operate kitchen equipment; Must adhere to Flanigan’s kitchen policies for dress and grooming
