Position: Kitchen Manager Westchester
About: Flanigan’s is currently seeking Kitchen Managers who may be required to work up to 30 miles from the restaurant location. As the Captain of the Kitchen, you will lead the Back-of-House (BOH) team through all kitchen operations, from ordering and receiving to prep, service, cleaning, and closing. We are looking for passionate cooks who can both contribute hands-on and delegate effectively within the team dynamic.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; Must have flexibility for scheduling as Flanigan’s operates 365 days a year; Must be willing to transfer to different geographical locations; Able to work a 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours; 2 days off must fall between Monday-Thurs; Vacations scheduled between April and November only; Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; Must understand, comply with, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; Must adhere to Flanigan’s hiring and evaluation policies; Must be physically fit to fulfill kitchen duties and operate equipment; Must adhere to kitchen policies for dress and grooming; Must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
