Position: Kitchen Manager West Palm Beach
About: Flanigan’s is looking for Kitchen Managers to lead the BOH team through the kitchen operations, including ordering, prep, service, and cleaning. The role requires effective communication, task delegation, and adherence to company policies and standards. Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work at different locations as needed.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; flexibility for scheduling; adaptability to work a 5-day week with 50-55 hours; adherence to vacation scheduling policy; understanding of Florida State health code standards; able to operate kitchen equipment with coordination; proficiency at all kitchen stations including expo;
