Requirements: Experienced Kitchen Manager excited about managing a growing brunch-only concept restaurant; firm belief in enhancing dishes with butter and bacon; minimum 1-2 years in a similar role; 3+ years of FOH and BOH operations knowledge; adept at ensuring guest service standards and efficient operations while leading and developing staff; clear communication skills and team commitment
