Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH and BOH operations; Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role; Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations, train and obtain an effective skill in FOH and BOH line positions; An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality; A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect; Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing; Team Development and Commitment
