Position: Kitchen Manager – Paschal’s Express ( Atlanta Airport)

About: The company is seeking a dedicated individual to support the operation in delivering superior guest service by managing, coordinating, and preparing food, ensuring quality and consistency of products. The role involves overseeing food inventory, estimating par levels, making orders, maintaining records in compliance with company standards, and supervising back-of-the-house associates. Knowledge of menu costing and P&L statements is crucial for this role.

Requirements: Associate degree in business management or related field; completion of technical or culinary program or equivalent of 4-5 years of demonstrated leadership in kitchen or food services management experience; ServSafe Food Safety certification required; working knowledge of large quantity food preparation methods, kitchen sanitation, and guest service; communication skills to convey information to staff; ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment; basic math skills to calculate weights and measurements
