Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management or related field essential; strong leadership abilities with a keen eye for detail; knowledge of FDA and USDA food regulations; passion for creating exceptional flavors; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling; adept at financial management and P&L accountability
