Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs; professional appearance and presentation required; knowledge of computer software including MS Word/Excel/Outlook; current Food Handler’s card and alcohol service permit if required; technical proficiency in food preparation methods; ability to recognize and solve problems effectively; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
