Position: Kitchen Manager Lewis-Palmer Middle School
About: Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a Kitchen Manager at Lewis-Palmer Middle School to begin immediately. This position manages the daily operations of the kitchen, including supervising staff, food preparation, food ordering, and other duties as assigned. Short and long-range planning is essential to this position, along with flexibility in hours due to varying school lunch schedules. Must adhere to and enforce food service policies, communicate changes effectively, maintain food safety standards, and provide a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; comprehensive understanding of food safety; HACCP certification; supervisory experience in a kitchen setting preferred; effective communication skills; flexibility in working hours; adherence to food service policies and procedures
