Position: Kitchen Manager – Juvenile Probation

Requirements: High school diploma/GED; working knowledge of federal nutritional and dietary guidelines; 2 years job related experience as a commercial establishment cook, 1 year supervisory experience preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; interpersonal skills; eligibility to obtain a Health Certificate; experience with National School Lunch Program preferred
