Requirements: Two or more years of post-high school education preferred; culinary education desirable; resort experience preferred; West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required; managing high volume quick turnaround kitchen experience; five or more years in a related role; food cost management experience; intermediate food hygiene qualification; proficient in knife handling and culinary equipment operation; knowledge of safe food handling practices
