Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume leadership role in a full-service kitchen environment; demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal Health and Safety laws and regulations; strong knowledge and understanding of P&L, budgeting, and inventory; strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and electronic); Serve Safe Certified
