Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Fixins Soul Kitchen is a full-service restaurant founded by former NBA All Star Kevin Johnson and his wife, Michelle. The restaurant combines traditional soul food with exceptional service and vibrant dining environments. Established in 2019 with the flagship store in the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento, CA, Fixins is rapidly expanding with current locations in Los Angeles, Tulsa, and Detroit, and plans for 6 new stores in the next 2 years. Fixins aims to become the largest Black-owned restaurant group in the nation.
Requirements: Several years’ experience as a senior-level kitchen manager or similar position; excellent business math skills for analyzing food cost reports; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; proficient in computer skills and software applications; exceptional oral and written communication skills; experience in managing a large staff in a fast-paced environment
