Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality or a similar role; strong leadership skills; in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations; excellent organizational and time management skills; solid understanding of financial management principles; effective communication skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
