Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen; bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees; familiarity with a variety of kitchen equipment and its maintenance; strong culinary knowledge and love of food; ability to handle multiple tasks; leadership and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; financial understanding of sales, costs of sales, and labor; a willingness to run occasional front of house shifts is a plus
