About: VIVA Chicken, a charcoal-fire rotisserie joint specializing in authentic Pollo a la Brasa found on the streets of Peru, is seeking Kitchen Managers to join their team. With 15 restaurants across the Carolinas, VIVA Chicken promises distinctive and flavorful menu items in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements: 2-3 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; responsible for operations, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded with a passion for food safety, people, and service; mindset of maintaining a diverse, equitable, inclusive work environment; ability to handle multiple responsibilities, recruit, train, and retain kitchen staff, strong communication and organizational skills; commitment to food quality, recipe adherence, and consistency; strong understanding of cost controls within food cost and labor deployment; ability to mentor, coach, teach, and give feedback; proven track record of People Development
