About: As the heart of the operations, the Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen’s operational excellence at a renowned restaurant/entertainment venue. They lead a skilled team of back-of-house employees, manage costs effectively, and ensure financial success for the location through their culinary expertise and leadership.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; Proven experience in kitchen management; Strong business acumen; The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
