Position: Kitchen Manager job

This position exemplifies the company’s standards in cleanliness, organization, and food quality, overseeing adherence to all company and local county standards related to kitchen cleanliness, tools, utensils, recipe execution, and ordering practices. The Kitchen Manager must work effectively with limited supervision, demonstrating leadership to motivate the team.
Requirements: 2 or more years of previous Kitchen Management Experience; Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience required; Spanish speaking a plus, not required; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
