Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the evening and late-night dining operations at a high-volume account. This role requires overseeing kitchen and dining operations during the PM shift (3 PM – 1:30 AM, including weekends) to ensure smooth service, manage support staff, and handle payroll and scheduling. The ideal candidate should have culinary experience, be a hands-on leader, and possess strong knowledge of labor management, payroll, and dining operations.
Requirements: Requires 2-3 years of experience in a related position; Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience; Culinary degree preferred; Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems; Requires oral, reading and written communication skills
