Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a diligent and experienced Food Service Leader (FSL) to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of food service programs in accordance with Royal Farms standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves leading, training, and supervising the food service team, managing inventory and supply orders, maintaining equipment, and meeting performance goals for food and beverage services while upholding a safe and inviting dining environment for customers.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; strong leadership skills; 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; basic business math and accounting skills; availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs; ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
