Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL plays a crucial role in executing food service programs, maintaining compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards, and leading and training the food service team to achieve operational excellence and meet profit goals.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; strong leadership skills; 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to become certified within 6 months; able to lift and carry 50 lbs; capable of standing, bending, and lifting for up to eight hours per day
