Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions; after completing training, utilize leadership skills without supervision; associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred; specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant or certification as per State & County law; two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision desired; basic computer skills; completion of approved sanitation and safety course; ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds; compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies; ability to perform routine tasks continuously; proficiency in working around food and cleaning products; reside in the service area
