The Kitchen Managers oversee all Back of House operations, including ordering, inventory, food cost control, safety, sanitation practices, and team development opportunities.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Kitchen Manager experience preferred; understanding of BOH operations and management; ability to work nights and weekends; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail; courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and team; coachable with the ability to apply feedback; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
