Kitchen Managers play a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of our kitchens, managing costs, and ensuring financial success. This role involves leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment, introducing new menu items, and creating memorable guest experiences daily.

Requirements: 21+ years of age; 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team for guest satisfaction; Proven kitchen management experience; Strong business acumen; Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
