Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms, a renowned food service and beverage operation, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Food Service Leader (FSL) to oversee the efficient execution of all food service programs in compliance with company guidelines and standards. The FSL will lead the food service team, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure the maintenance of equipment for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 6 months; capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs and standing for up to eight hours per day
