Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: HiBar Hospitality Operations LLC is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations in their full-service or fast-casual restaurant. The Kitchen Manager will lead and coordinate training, staffing, profitability, and business development to ensure the highest standards of guest service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Team player with a sense of humor; high school diploma or equivalent required; good math and communication skills; experience as a Kitchen Manager in full-service or fast-casual restaurant; demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating a team; exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
