Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), responsible for managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL oversees program execution, team leadership, inventory management, and adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure a superior customer experience and operational excellence.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; minimum 1-year experience in food service/restaurant management; high school diploma or GED required; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months; capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs; able to bend, lift, and stand for up to eight hours per day
