About: City Winery, a unique facility combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary strategies and daily operations ensuring the highest standards are met. This role requires adherence to City Winery’s food culture and style, maintaining quality, freshness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a kitchen leadership role; AOS Culinary School Graduate or related training; knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and industry trends; strong multitasking and decision-making skills; financial acumen; excellent communication and leadership abilities; Servsafe food handler’s certificate; able to perform physical requirements of the position; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
