Requirements: 2 years as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, sous chef, or Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume kitchen; ability to earn team trust and respect; strong kitchen competency; fluency in Spanish a plus; professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic; ability to stay positive under pressure; experience with wood-fired cooking techniques and local sourcing preferred
