Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations; passion for training and team development
