Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Golden Corral is a fast-paced and busy restaurant kitchen that prioritizes food quality, safety, and service standards. The restaurant operations management team plays a crucial role in maintaining overall operations, including food quality, production, hospitality, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager.
Requirements: Experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant; 1 year of kitchen management experience required; 3 years of relevant experience preferred; knowledge of production cooking techniques; ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment; leadership, communication, and administrative skills; experience in scheduling and managing labor; ability to lift up to 60 pounds; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; availability for various shifts including day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and weekends.
